About us
We are a breeding and retirement facility located on 28 acres in Woodford county, Kentucky. Whether our residents are raising the next generation or enjoying their golden years on green pastures, our goal is to provide the best care and environment for every individual.
Owners Russell and Krista Lea have decades of horse experience, including racetrack, show, trail, training, and broodmares. We live on site, and consider each horse and client a member of our family.
Services
Retirement Board
- Full care with partial or full turnout
- Fed twice daily in stalls
- Hay, grain, bedding included
- Vaccines, routine trims, and deworming included
- Meds, supplements, blanket changes at no charge
- Small herd size, ample grass
Broodmare Board
- Resident or seasonal mares welcome
- Reproductive care by Hagyard Equine Medical Institute
- Monitoring using Foalert (R) and in-stall cameras
- 12×16 metal stalls with ample airflow and view
- Nutritional support by McCauley’s feed.
